Projects

Projects, project lines, and activities form the structure for time registration, ranging from overall projects to detailed tasks. Activities may be linked to a project, a project line, or stand alone.

Exporting Timeline Entries

The export process for time entries consists of three steps: first, approved hours are prepared for export; next, all unexported time entries are retrieved; and finally, the retrieved entries are marked as exported to prevent duplicates. The system automatically handles corrections by generating negative adjustments and making updated entries available for export.

Exporting Material Transactions

Material transactions represent items picked or used during work. Once approved, they can be retrieved and exported to an external system. Only unexported and recently updated transactions are included, and each transaction is marked as exported after processing to prevent duplicates.
